All payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will be processed only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (if available).

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Replacements

Returns or replacements can be requested within 3 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or the wrong product was delivered.
A return shipping charge of ₹136 is payable by the customer.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
