Return & Replacement Policy

3-Day Return Window

Customers can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving their order.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.

• The wrong product was delivered.

Return Conditions

• The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

• Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item may be required for verification.

Return Shipping Charge

A return shipping charge of ₹136 is payable by the customer for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect order placed by the customer

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Return requests made after the 3-day return period

Refund & Replacement

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or refund (if applicable).

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method and order status.
